1½ oz Gin 1 oz Harvest Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 oz Harvest Blood Orange Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Raw Sugar 1 oz cranberry juice 2 oz club soda Frozen cranberries, for garnish
Rim cocktail glass with Harvest Blood Orange Olive Oil and dip rim in raw sugar. Fill a new glass (or cocktail shaker) with ice and top with the gin, syrup, balsamic vinegar and club soda. Give a stir. Pour into sugar-rimmed glass. Top with juice, and garnish with a few frozen cranberries.
