Balsamic Glazed Salmon


2 salmon fillets

2 tsp. Harvest Persian Lime Olive Oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 T. Harvest Blackberry Ginger Balsamic

2 tsp. honey

2 tsp. dijon mustard

salt and pepper, to taste

parsley for garnish, optional





Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small skillet, heat the olive oil on medium heat. Add the garlic and cook about 2 minutes, just until fragrant. Add the balsamic, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk and simmer until the mixture thickens, about 4 minutes.

 Place salmon (skin-side down) on baking sheet (best to line with foil and then mist with Olive Oil). Brush salmon liberally with glaze. Bake for 5 minutes, brush again with the glaze, then bake an additional 5-10 minutes (until fish flakes easily with fork and is cooked through). Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
