Balsamic Roasted Grapes


3 cups grapes (red or green are fine)

Harvest Ultra Premium Olive Oil (your favorite most recent crush will work)

1 Tbs. chopped fresh herb of choice (I like to use lemon thyme)

1 Tbs. Harvest Traditional Balsamic

salt and pepper, to taste


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine grapes, olive oil, and herbs in a bowl. Stir to coat. Spread grapes on baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes (until grapes begin to wrinkle and split). Drizzle with balsamic and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
