Arugula & Spinach Cranberry Pear Salad

Products Used:

Arugula & Spinach Cranberry Pear Salad

Ingredients:

Arugla, chopped into smaller pieces

Spinach, chopped

Handful Harvest Olive Wood-Smoked Almonds (recipe here)

1 pear, diced

Handful dried cranberries

Feta cheese crumbles

Equal Parts:

  • Harvest Ultra Premium Olive Oil (Your favorite unflavored Ultra Premium Olive Oil will work)
  • Harvest Cranberry Pear Balsamic
  • Your favorite Dijon or stone-ground mustard 

Directions:

Whisk olive oil, balsamic and mustard together until smooth. Pour over greens and toss to combine. Add other ingredients and toss again. Let sit at least 5 minutes before serving.
