Cabbage Steaks


½ head green cabbage, cut into ½ inch thick rounds

3 Tbsps. Harvest Garlic Olive Oil

2 Tbsps. Harvest Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar

Salt and pepper, to taste


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar. Place cabbage slices on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with the vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until cabbage is tender and edges are browned, 25 to 30 minutes.
