Cinnamon Roasted Squash

Cinnamon Roasted Squash


1 large butternut squash or 2 small delicata squash (use whatever squash you would like and adjust measurements to taste)

1 Tbs. Harvest Butter Olive Oil

2 Tbs. Harvest Cinnamon Pear Balsamic*

1 tsp. ground cinnamon

1 tsp. kosher salt

1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil (I mist it with additional  olive oil to prevent sticking). In bowl, toss squash with other ingredients until thoroughly coated. Transfer to baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes then rotate baking sheet. Bake another 10-15 minutes to desired doneness. 

 *Harvest Cinnamon Pear Balsamic is a seasonal product and is not always in stock. If unavailable, we recommend using Harvest Maple Balsamic for equally delicious results.
