Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil (I mist it with additional olive oil to prevent sticking). In bowl, toss squash with other ingredients until thoroughly coated. Transfer to baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes then rotate baking sheet. Bake another 10-15 minutes to desired doneness.
