Cranberry Feta Pinwheels

Cranberry Feta Pinwheels


8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 Tbs Harvest Cranberry Pear White Balsamic Vinegar

1 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped

 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled

4 scallions, chopped

2 Tbs fresh basil, chopped

4 flour tortillas


Place cream cheese in a small bowl and beat until fluffy. Add Balsamic Vinegar and mix until combined; fold in all remaining ingredients except tortillas and stir to combine.

Spread cream cheese mixture evenly across the 4 tortillas and roll into cigar-like tubes. Wrap tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least one hour before cutting into 1/2-inch slices and serving.
