Crockpot Tenderloin

Crockpot Tenderloin


1.5 - 2 lb pork tenderloin

1 tsp sage

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 glove crushed garlic

1 cup water, divided into 1/2 cups

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 Tbs. cornstarch

1/4 cup Harvest Blenheim Apricot Balsamic*

2 Tbs. soy sauce


Mix together the sage, salt, pepper and garlic. Rub over tenderloin. Place 1/2 cup water in slow cooker; place tenderloin in slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours. 1 hour before finished, mix together brown sugar, cornstarch, balsamic, water, soy sauce in small sauce pan. Heat on medium and stir until mixture thickens, about 4 minutes. Brush roast with glaze. Continue cooking for final hour.

*We also like the recipe using Harvest Blackberry Ginger Balsamic, Harvest Black Cherry Balsamic, and Harvest Maple Balsamic.
