Dill & Lemon White Bean Spread

Dill & Lemon White Bean Spread


3 (15.5-oz) cans white cannellini beans, drained

2 cloves garlic

1/3 cup Harvest Wild Dill Olive Oil, plus more for drizzling

1 Tbs lemon juice

Salt, to taste


Place beans, garlic, Olive Oil, and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor or blender and process until creamy and smooth. Adjust seasoning and refrigerate until the bean spread thickens. Drizzle with more Olive Oil if desired before serving.

Serving suggestion: This dip is wonderful on its own as a hummus-esque spread, or try it as the base of our Mediterranean Summer Salad (recipe here).
