Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet. Mix all ingredients until well combined. Form into 1” balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes and allow to cool slightly before serving hot, warm, or at room temperature.
Note: Spinach balls may be frozen either baked or unbaked. For pre-baked balls: Remove from freezer 30 minutes before reheating. Reheat at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. For unbaked balls: Remove from freezer 30 minutes before cooking and bake as directed.
