2 oz London dry gin

1 oz Harvest Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp simple syrup*

For garnish: Lemon twist, maraschino cherry, candied ginger (all optional)


Prepare a martini glass: Fill with ice, top with water, and set aside to chill. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard to combine. Discard ice and water from chilled martini glass; strain cocktail into glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, piece of candied ginger, or a maraschino cherry if desired, and serve.

* To make simple syrup: Combine equal parts water and white sugar, and simmer or microwave until sugar is dissolved, stirring periodically. Allow to cool before using, and store in the refrigerator.
