Greek Chicken


4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3 Tbs. lemon juice (or Harvest Sicilian Lemon Balsamic)
1 Tbs. Harvest Lemon Olive Oil
1 Tbs. Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
1 Tbs. Harvest Cayenne Olive Oil*
1 tbs. Harvest Champagne Vinegar or A-Premium White Balsamic


Combine all ingredients, except chicken. Place chicken in large Ziploc bag and pour the prepared marinade on top. Allow chicken to marinate 10 minutes up to 2 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until juices run clear. 

*Harvest Cayenne Olive Oil is not always available. If not in stock, we suggest using Harvest Chipotle Olive Oil or Harvest Baklouti Green Chile Olive Oil.
