Italian Fruit Salad
3 Tablespoons Harvest Black Mission Fig Balsamic*
2 Teaspoons Honey
4 Cups Seedless Watermelon cut in 1-inch cubes
3 Cups Seedless Green Grapes, halved
2 Cups Fresh Blueberries
2 Tablespoons thinly fresh basil
Whisk together the Balsamic and honey. Pour over the fruit and stir gently to coat. Chill for up to 8 hours. Makes 8 servings.
*Any of your favorite Harvest Balsamics will work wonderfully for this dish.
