Preheat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a baking sheet with Olive Oil. (We used Cobrancosa, but your favorite flavored or unflavored oil would be lovely.) In a medium bowl, drizzle broccoli florets with 2 Tbs Olive Oil and stir in garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine and coat with oil and bake until the tips of the florets are slightly browned, 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice and remaining olive oil. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with lemon zest and Parmesan cheese before serving.
