2 bunches radishes, trimmed & cleaned & cut in half
2 1/2 Tbs Harvest Garlic Olive Oil
1/2 lemon, juiced
Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss together. Spread radishes onto a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes; they will be crisp and brown on the edges and will have become tender. Adjust seasonings as desired before serving.
