Simple Sesame Noodles


8 oz thin noodles (ideally rice noodles, but angel hair or spaghetti also work)

1/4 cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 Tbs Harvest Honey Ginger Balsamic

3 Tbs Harvest Toasted Sesame Oil

1/2 tsp Harvest Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil

4 Tbs Harvest Garlic Olive Oil

4 whole green onions, thinly sliced



Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Whisk all other ingredients except green onions together in a bowl. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat. Sprinkle with green onions and serve either warm or chilled.

Serving suggestion: These noodles are great by themselves, or alongside a main dish like our Bulgogi Beef (recipe here) or Korean-Style Boneless Pork Chops (recipe here).
