Combine strawberry, Peach Balsamic Vinegar, and basil leaves in a cocktail shaker and muddle gently. Be careful not to overmuddle the basil, as that can make the cocktail turn bitter quickly. Add gin, lemon juice, and ice and shake well. Strain into a glass with ice, top with club soda, stir, and serve, garnishing with more fruit or basil leaves if desired.
