Heat a slow cooker on high until hot. Combine all ingredients but the Balsamic in the slow cooker, cover, and cook on high for 30 minutes. Whisk ingredients together, set to low, and whisk in the vinegar just before serving.
Serve with cookies, fresh fruit, marshamallows, graham crackers, or anything you think would benefit from being dipped in melty chocolate.
* Our favorites (so far!) are Black Cherry and Traditional; Vermont Maple would also be decadent, as would Raspberry or Espresso. Let your imagination run wild; at the end of the day, melty chocolate makes the world go 'round.
