Thai Sesame Patties

Ingredients:

5 green onions, chopped

1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped

1 Tbs. minced garlic

1 tsp. ground ginger

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

2 lbs. ground turkey

1 Tbs. Harvest Honey Ginger Balsamic

1 Tbs. Soy Sauce

1 egg

1 Tbsp. Harvest Sesame Oil

1 Tbsp. Harvest Garlic Olive Oil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except for Sesame Oil and Garlic Olive Oil and mix completely. Roll into balls and then flatten into patties. Refrigerate for at least one hour. I often freeze the uncooked patties for later use. When ready to cook, heat the Sesame Oil and Garlic Olive Oil in a large skillet. Add the patties and cook for 10 minutes, turning every so often. I like to serve over spinach, cabbage, or Asian Greens.
